Honest, thorough and respectful. My tow guy was on his way home then got the call that I was stranded 45min away in icy rainfall, didn’t second guess it he jumped on the road headed down i80. When he arrived he didn’t make me feel like I was a burden to him, he was happy that he found me. Voiced what I needed to do and was a genuinely caring person.
